OnePlus conducted the most-awaited Summer Nord Launch Event yesterday and unveiled a bunch of dynamic hardware products. But at this iconic moment, smartphone users were eagerly waiting for the OxygenOS 14 beta program announcement.
No doubt, the newly launched devices are quite impressive and considered the king of mid-range handsets. In addition, the tech giant presented new pair of earbuds on the surface that offers some of the best features at affordable range. However, OnePlus fans were highly expecting the company to flash some light on the upcoming OxygenOS version as well.
Earlier, we raised our excitement by assuming that we will hear a few words about the OOS 14 and its beta program initiation. But the tech giant wrapped up the Nord launch event by just unveiling new smartphones and audio wearables on the stage.
Once again, we have to settle down with the newly launched hardware products for the time being. Previously, OnePlus introduced OxygenOS 13.1 and its new features on board. Yes, it was a good way to conclude the overall program.
Yet this time, the Chinese OEM didn’t replicate this scenario with the Nord Summer Launch Event. Instead, the launch scene was quite simple, and entirely based on users’ words for the device.
OxygenOS 14 Beta in August?
Sadly, we are unaware of the changes regarding the software sector at the current span. Since the manufacturer didn’t share any info on the OxygenOS 14 beta announcement, we could now expect it for the upcoming launch event that will showcase the first-ever foldable of OnePlus.
Again, that will be a similar timeline to the last year when the tech giant introduced the OxygenOS 13 for its tech-pack devices. By that time, Google will also reach the final stability platform with the major Android 14 upgrade.
