OxygenOS 13.1.0.590 causing non-stop system UI crashes on OnePlus phones

OnePlus has recently served some of its devices with the new OxygenOS 13.1.0.590 update but apart from effective improvements, the version is causing system UI crashes. In recent times, many users reported that the latest firmware has made their handset a useless gadget.

Diving into the depths, some OnePlus phone holders initiated a thread on the community forum and described how they are stuck with non-stop system UI crashes after installing the OxygenOS 13.1.0.590 build.

Explaining the issue, a OnePlus 9 smartphone user said that the display keeps going black and crashing. It even resets the lock screen, pauses audio, and even closes the running application. In terms of visibility, the phone only directs the user to a message saying – System UI keeps stopping.

In response to the thread, many users said that they are dealing with the same problem, and it has become a common defect after the latest update. Not only years-old flagships but newly released devices are also triggered with the same issue.
