For your information, the company is calling out 200 Indian users with OPPO Reno 8 5G handsets to participate in the ColorOS 14 closed beta program. The activity is live and you can take part to experience some amazing features ahead of the official release.
Note that the beta channels are open till September 14. So hurry up! Also, the beta firmware may bring some unwanted bugs and issues to your doorstep. For instance, heating, fast battery draining, lagging, and more. Hence, install the build at your own risk.
How to Apply?
To do so, visit the Settings app > About Device > Tap the top icon > Click on Trial Versions. Here you will see the term ‘Alpha’. Tap on it and fill in your information. Thereafter, you will receive a telegram group link > Apply Now.
Known Issues
- When exporting photos shot in succession, the thumbnails are grey, and clicking is not responsive.
- Certain desktop cards are blank after upgrading.
- PRO Mode is located on the first page while the NIGHT Mode is in the More section in Camera.
