Forbes has recently shared the list of World’s Best Employers 2023 and the one and only Samsung has secured first place in this ranking. It’s the fourth time that the company has achieved success in the respective subject. This list defines how these employers have been working throughout the year and contributed to the globe.
According to the information, the Forbes list of the World’s Best Employers 2023 holds 700 companies and Samsung has left them behind – thanks to their friendly and cooperative behavior. Though the publication didn’t reveal the score, the list reveals that Samsung employees are the happiest.
Besides, other firms like Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Apple, and Ferrari follow the Korean tech giant. IBM, Adobe, Costco Wholesale, BMW Group, and Cisco Systems make up the top ten.
The survey asked employees to rate their employer across multiple criteria. These include “working environment and hours, health benefits, opportunities for training and advancement, salary, and workplace diversity.
