According to the information, WhatsApp is testing a unique and useful ‘Channel Report’ feature. Eventually, the respective capability enables users to request a channel report right within the account settings. This will help in attaining more information about a particular channel.

Pay attention! If you already have a request for an account report pending, it will be canceled in the event you request a channel report. Similarly, your request for the channel report will be canceled in case you request an account info report.
