Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting for the Android 14-based upgrade but it seems like there will be unexpected changes to this software. A new leak hints that Xiaomi MIUI 14 will be the last official version of MIUI, pointing out the ultimate arrival of the MiOS.
The well-known Chinese tipster @DigitalChatStation shared a new post on the Weibo platform, which significantly reflects the end of the MIUI era! Consequently, MiOS could debut alongside the Xiaomi 14 series at the launch event, confirming MIUI 14 as the last official version.
Adding more details, the tipster says that MIUI 14 has served as one of the excellent software experiences so far. The company has excelled in its basic capabilities. However, the animation effects still require good attention. Though things could become better with MiOS in the time ahead.
So does this mean that MIUI 15 will arrive as MiOS? Or is Xiaomi planning these moves for the next year? Since the Chinese OEM has already initiated the MIUI 15 internal testing for the Xiaomi 14 series, it won’t be right to mark any legal stamp on this matter at the moment.
