How it works:
With Google Assistant’s new feature, when you simply log into the site with the stolen password. Then, a dialogue box will automatically pops-up with the “Change automatically” option button. Just after tapping, a confirmation sheet appeared on the screen, which required your approval to proceed ahead.
Afterward, you will be redirected to the affected website to set up the new password for the account. Now, you can change the password by yourself or can let the build-in password manager t suggest the strong one.
Google Assistant will be with you to handle the entire process from beginning to end. Meanwhile, there are options so that you can take over the process at any time. On the other side, you can also manually check the saved passwords by navigating to Chrome settings > Passwords, where you’ll also see the blue Assistant-branded “Change password” button for compromised login credentials.
