Restart your iPhone 12

Let us start with the most basic of basic.

  • Give your iPhone or iPad a quick restart and it should fix everything right up.
  • You can do so by going to Settings > General, scroll down and tap on Shut Down and then slide to power off.
  • Once the device shuts down, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the Apple logo shows up on the display.

Reset your network settings

  • If the restart did not fix the issue then chances are high that this will. Simply navigate to Settings > General > Reset and then tap on Reset Network Settings.
  • You will be required to entire your device’s passcode so please do so.
  • After a quick restart, you can start using your iPhone or iPad normally.
