Samsung releases July 2023 Android security update for the carrier-unlocked models of Galaxy S21 series in the US. However, the patch is already available for the locked variants, and will soon be live for the remaining owners. The firmware can be identified via the One UI build version mentioned below.

The July 2023 update will make the Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra device owners more satisfied with its refinements and fixes in the US. It will also resolve more than 90 exploits and vulnerabilities from Google and Samsung, to maintain the proper protection of the system.
Hence, if you want an optimized performance of your phone, then upgrade it to the latest version. For this, all you have to do is, visit the Settings app and tap on the Software Update menu. Now, hit the Download & Install key and follow the onscreen instructions.
