Recently, Oppo Mobiles said that the Oppo 2022 Developer Conference will be held online from August 30 to 31. At the developer conference, Oppo will launch a new operating system ColorOS 13 which will be based on Android 13 OS, and a ColorOS-based intelligent cross-terminal system.

The conference will focus on topics such as multi-terminal connectivity and future smart services, platform capabilities sharing, technology services, and the latest practices of OPPO’s integrated software and hardware services for developers and partners.

In addition to the main forum, the conference also launched 11 sub-forums, including an intelligent cross-system sub-forum, a ColorOS technology capability sub-forum, an IoT environment sub-forum, and a sub-forum. Security and Privacy Forum.

Oppo ColorOS 13 Android 13

Oppo ColorOS 13 (Android 13) adds a world clock to the home screen, displaying clock information for different time zones by design. Optimized card design for information classification and integration to improve information acquisition speed.

In terms of functionality, functions like new folders and NFC college campus cards have been added. Some time back, Oppo released the public beta version of ColorOS13. It currently supports upgrades to the OPPO Find X5, OPPO Find X5 Pro, and OnePlus 10 Pro models.

Other than this, Oppo has also confirmed ColorOS 13 (Android13) Beta program available in these countries. If you are one of the OPPO Find X5 smartphone consumers living in these 7 eligible countries you will be able to take part in this ColorOS 13 beta program.

If you wish to enroll in the Android 13 public beta program, please go to the trial option under the settings of your Find X5. Then you have to submit all the details and click on Apply Now button. After submitting it, if your submission is approved, you will get Android 13 Public Beta on your device.

Before applying for the Android 13 public beta program, be aware that this build may contain serious bugs and some features may not work as expected. Additionally, some versions of third-party apps may not yet be compatible with Android 13 software versions. So if you use your phone as your daily driver, we recommend waiting for the stable release of Android 13.
