Oppo has now started the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 public beta recruitment for the Oppo Reno5 5G, Reno5 Pro+ 5G, and Ace2 smartphones. This is currently limited to China but should soon be available for global users.

It will take 5 working days after the appointment application is reviewed, and the beta version will be pushed within 3 working days after the review.
The specific models include:
- Reno5 Pro+ 5G
- Reno5 Pro+ Artist Limited Edition 5G
- Reno5 5G Full Netcom Edition
- Reno5 5G mobile customized version
- Ace2
- Ace2 EVA Limited Edition
Remember:
This is public beta version is still in the development stage, and it is not as stable as the official version. The version may have some bugs, abnormal power consumption, and some other issues.
If you want to apply for the public beta:
Click “Settings> Software Update> Settings button in the upper right corner> Upgrade early adopters> Upgrade public test” on their mobile phones, and then apply according to the prompts.
