Galaxy S9 series gets November 2020 patch, unlocked Galaxy S10 series also receiving in the US

Samsung has already started sending the latest November Security patch before the start of this month. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 becoming the first device to get this update at the end of October, followed by Galaxy Xcover Pro and A2 Core.

The company is now rolling out the November 2020 security patch to its Galaxy S9 and S9+ devices (via Sammy Fans). This new firmware comes with the software versions G960FXXSCFTJ3 and G965FXXSCFTJ3 for Galaxy S9 and S9+ respectively.

Currently, the latest OTA for Galaxy S9 devices is available in Germany and will soon expand to other countries. Other than the security improvements this update does not bring any new features for the devices.

In addition, after the international variants, Samsung is also rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy S10 series flagships in the US. The unlocked phones in the country are receiving the latest November 2020 security patch to keep your device secure against threats.

According to the information, the firmware update comes with software versions: G970U1UES4ETJ3, G973U1UES4ETJ3, and G975U1UES4ETJ3 for Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ respectively.
