Xiaomi started to release a new software update for the Mi 11X Pro devices in India. The new firmware update carries build number V12.5.1.0.RKKINXM and focuses on system security improvements.
According to the update log, the Xiaomi Mi 11 x Pro update installs the latest June 2021 security patch for better device security. Along with a security update, the device carries the MIUI version to MIUI 12.5 with a new version that comes with a set of new features to enhance the users’ experience and device performance.

What’s new with June 2021 Security Patch
Security updates are important for any smartphone as it keeps the device protected against external threats and brings stability to the devices. Currently, Xiaomi has started sending the latest June 2021 security patch to its eligible devices.
Xiaomi Mi 11 x Pro – MIUI 12.5 Update
As per the mentioned changelog, the new update for Xiaomi Mi 11 x Pro brings a new feature for System, powerful tools in the Notes app such as doodling, sketching, press, and hold to adjust the strokes, gesture shortcuts, dynamic layouts for typography, and more.
Also, it brings a new feature for Xiaomi Cloud which automatically reported the location information before the device is powered off. In addition, the response to gestures is now instant and with 20 times more rendering power, there are now few limits to what you can see on your screen.
However, the changelog doesn’t explain, but we know that MIUI 12.5 brings lots of changes in UI as well as in the settings page, new super wallpapers, new sounds, updated apps, more privacy, more security, and other features.
