As per the changelog, the owners of the Galaxy S21 series are not getting Galaxy S22 series-like features such as Note Assist, Chat Assist, Generative Edit, Live Translate, and more. But, they will be able to enjoy the functioning of the Circle to Search feature for seamless searching on the web.

Moving on, the Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra has arrived with One UI build version G991NKSU4GXDC, G996NKSU4GXDC, and G998NKSU4GXDC respectively.
Consequently, the update is live in South Korea at the moment and will expand to more market owners gradually. However, the users of Galaxy S21 can download the update through Settings > Software Update > Download & Install.
