After the initial rollout in South Korea, Samsung is now extending the reach of the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update for the users of Galaxy A13 in the US. To be mentioned, this new update brings several new features and optimizations to take the user’s experience to a new level.
According to the information, the One UI 6.0 update based on Android 14 is currently rolling out for the locked units of Samsung Galaxy A13 with build version A135USQU7DXA2 in the US. However, the unlocked models may also acquire the offerings of the latest software in the coming days.
Some of the key elements of the update include a reimagined home screen, a new layout for notifications, an improved Samsung Dex, a modified emoji design, more information in the weather widget, and a new option for content sharing. It also offers users the ability to reposition the clock of the lock screen.
Users can also perform drag and drop with two hands and can enjoy new features in the camera app. Notably, an Android security patch released in December 2023, is also included in the software, to maintain device reliability.
