A new software update brings improved face unlock recognition and gestures to the Galaxy Note 10

Samsung is sending a new software update to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+, which improves face recognition and full-screen navigation gestures. The software versions are N975FXXU2BTB5 and N970FXXU2BTB5 for the Galaxy Note 10+ and Note 10 respectively.

According to the changelog, it improves the face unlock recognition and brings full-screen gesture enhancements. It also improves the security of the device. The size of this update is 260MB.

It comes with the February 2020 security patch. The company has already released the March 2020 security patch to the Galaxy S10 series.

If you want to check for the update manually, just do it by heading to your device Settings > System update and check if you can download the latest update.
