Going by the new information, Samsung is bringing some common yet important enhancements to the device, bug fixes, as well as a bunch of stock app upgrades that will help in boosting the device’s performance.
The list of these upgraded applications includes Samsung Notes, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health, Smartthings, Samsung Members, Samsung Wallet, and Calculator. However, exactly what changes these apps are coming with has not been noted in the changelog.
Moving ahead, Samsung is further improving the security of your Galaxy S10 Lite smartphone with the September 2022 security update. It will help in protecting your phone from bugs and viruses and will hold your files safe.
Meanwhile, the enhanced stability ensures that you are having a seamless device performance without any interruption. That’s not it but the company also worked on resolving so many privacy and security-related vulnerabilities, as per the support page.
These include 21 high levels and 3 moderate levels of CVE items from Google and 29 SVE items from Samsung One UI.
Besides these, there’s nothing that this update brings for your Galaxy S10 Lite. Meanwhile, it’s eligible for another major OS update, which is Android 13-based One UI 5.0. This update will be released sometime in November this year, following the stable release on October 12.
Anyway, you can identify the September 2022 patch on your phone through the One UI build version G770FXXU6GVH6. It’s live in Spain at the time and as usual, it will be gradually expanded to other countries all over the world.
