As per the information, this is not the first time when the US users of the Galaxy S21 series obtained the July 2022 patch as the company has already seeded these devices in several regions and in respective networks including the carrier-locked, un-locked,  Europe, and India.

According to the changelog the Samsung Galaxy S21 July 2022 update can be identified through the One UI build version for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, G991USQU5CVG4G996USQU5CVG4, and G998USQU5CVG4 respectively. Further, the users have to download a package size of around 340MB.
