Unlocked Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9 getting One UI 2.0 and Android 10 in the US

One UI 2.0 supported device

Samsung is rolling out the One UI 2.0 and Android 10 OS update to the unlocked Galaxy S9 series and Galaxy Note 9 smartphones in the US. It brings many new features and the January 2020 security patch.

  • Galaxy S9: G960U1UEU7DTA5
  • Galaxy S9+: G965U1UEU7DTA5
  • Galaxy Note 9: N960U1UEU3DTA5

This update is rolling out to the Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9 devices. The update is available for the unlocked devices in the US. The Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 series have already received the stable One UI 2.0 update on some carriers. The size of this update is approx. 1900MB.

How to check for the software updates?

If you want to check for the update manually, you can just head into the device Settings then tap on the Software update menu.
