Fitbit is rolling out a new 4.01 version update for Android today which adds Material You widget live wallpapers to elevate your fitness experience. To be mentioned, this update to the Fitbit app is rolling out via the Google Play Store and is currently available for a limited number of users.
The latest update places the Primary Goal Widget with the Steps Widget and shows a speed dial design just like Wear OS Tile on the Pixel Watch. While the step count is now inside the shape rather than being located below it. Whereas, the circular background remains dark regardless of your system theme.
Moving on, the latest Fitbit 4.01 version update also introduces live wallpapers, which display daily steps progress. The wallpapers have utilized a portrait-oriented pill-shaped ring to denote activity, which looks so satisfying. It’s somewhat shaped like a race track and fills in clockwise from the six o’clock position.
