Microsoft Edge will soon make it easy to save money using coupons in Android

Microsoft Edge for Android will soon get a new feature that will automatically apply available coupons on e-commerce sites to help you save some money. This feature is available in the latest Edge Canary version for Android, and it works as follows:

On the latest Edge Canary version (92.0.884.0) for Android, you should find a new experimental logo called “Shopping Site Coupons” on the edge: // logo. When enabled, this flag will add a new “coupon” switch in the “edge” settings.

You can turn it on to enable the new coupon feature, which will automatically recommend coupons when you visit the websites of supported retailers. As long as the browser finds the coupon for the current website, a new coupon icon will be displayed in the address bar on Microsoft Edge for Android.

Clicking on the coupon icon will bring up a “Shopping in Microsoft Edge” pop-up window, which lists all available coupons. You can copy and paste the codes listed in the window during checkout, or you can let Edge automatically try them out to determine which code saves the most.

It is worth noting that the Coupons feature of Edge Canary for Android is not new. Microsoft deployed it to the Edge desktop version in November last year, and now it has finally entered the Android application.

You can follow the Play Store link below to download the latest version of Microsoft Edge Canary for Android to try it out. We will update this information as soon as the feature starts to be released on the stable channel.
