OnePlus is preparing some more interesting and useful features for the Community app that will arrive in the next update. There are noteworthy changes that will boost the user experience and make the overall functions more convenient for users.
As per the official thread, the Chinese OEM is bringing more new features and functionalities to OnePlus Community in the upcoming OxygenOS update. These will include the following changes:
1. Add Spacers to Threads
Yes, users can now add spacers to give some structure to their threads. This will help in making the longer threads more visually appealing.
2. Pinned Websites
Threads that are manually recommended to the Explore page are now identified with a pin icon (website only). Eventually, it will help in creating transparency on how the content is promoted to users.
3. Pin your favorite threads
Amazing! You can now pin your favorite threads to the top of your profile. This feature is also applicable to self-developed content. Finally, users will have the tools to make their specific threads shine for longer.
4. Integrated system for contests
Contests with winners selected randomly from the comment section are handled directly through the platform, in one single step. This means faster winner selection, automated messages to winners, collection of shipping information through first-party tools, and other workflow improvements.
