New Sony gaming monitor tipped to launch next week, perfect for PS5

As early as March this year, video hall reported that Sony will launch the first consumer-grade 4K display. Now, according to the latest news from the revealer Tom Henderson, the series of monitors will finally be released next week, and there are two.


According to reports, a Sony gaming monitor is a 4K 144Hz flagship specification, HDR600 certified, and will be perfectly adapted to PS5, supporting HDR automatic mapping and content adaptive image mode; the other is a 1080p 240Hz specification. In terms of functions, the Sony monitor will support a variety of game assist functions.

Moreover, Sony had launched a monitor with Trinitron technology in the CRT era. In recent years, Sony’s large-screen products include TVs and professional monitors, and no display products have been launched in the consumer sector.
