Moreover, the OnePlus China President – Li JieLouis described how the new device is an ultimate addition to the Nord series. Li said that the company has eliminated the screen plastic bracket from the smartphone which has improved the texture in the following aspects:
- The front is a very narrow frame without the big black border
- The side is more integrated and there is no layer cake
- The screen is flush with the frame without any abrupt feeling
Besides, Li mentioned that the plastic frame often dominates the performance of the device. On the other hand, the thick front screen frame eventually degrades the texture quality of the gadget.
“We found that the screen plastic bracket dominates the performance mobile phone. The thick front screen frame, the screen module protruding from the middle frame on the side, and the split feeling when holding the phone on both sides make it the biggest natural enemy of the texture of the phone.”
