Samsung Galaxy S24 series launched with a range of prominent features and one among them is the circle to search, however, this AI capability was further been released for Pixel 8 devices. Now, here comes the question of whether this feature will be available for other Android devices besides Google and Samsung.
So the answer could be yes, but not as of now. This means the Circle to Search feature will remain exclusive to these brands until at least October 2024. Hence, if you own an Android device that is not from Google or Samsung then just keep waiting as the circle to search features could become available for you after September.
Samsung Netherlands states,
- Circle to Search may become available on Android devices from other brands from 5 October 2024, but there are no active developments underway for this.
In collaboration with Google, Samsung introduced the Circle to Search feature which allows users to search for anything they see on their device including text, images, and more. Overall, it’s a more better and seamless way of exploring, it will show you the search results on which you make a circle.
