As per the details, there are a number of manufacturers that supply hinges to Samsung Electronics foldable phones such as KH Vatech, S-Connect, and Hwanri. Among these, KH Vatech exclusively supplied hinges to Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
But with the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, Samsung reportedly planning to change hinge supplier. However, Samsung’s decision to switch its next-generation foldable hinge supplier might let Hwanli to secure a double-digit market share this year.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 hinge
Moving on, Hwanri a China-based firm is expected to supply hinges to Samsung Electronics at a price 10-15% lower than KH Vatech. It’s worth mentioning that, Hwanli has a solid reputation for producing high-quality hinges for devices.
Opting for a well-reputed supplier for Galaxy Z Flip 6 thing will result in improved durability, reduced wear and tear, and enhanced overall performance of the hinge mechanism. It means users can expect a more seamless and long-lasting folding experience with the Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Furthermore, Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, an additional foldable model (Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra) alongside several more products at the Galaxy Unpacked Event in July 2024.
