TWRP support now available for OnePlus Nord 2, Motorola Moto G40 Fusion, and Moto G60

According to the latest report, Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP for short) is one of the essential tools for Android enthusiasts who want to modify the software on their devices. With this custom recovery solution, users can flash new custom ROMs, take full data backups, modify protected files and open up new avenues for device customization.

Last month, the Samsung Galaxy S20 and Note 20 received official TWRP support. Now, three new smartphones have joined the supported list: Motorola Moto G40 Fusion, Moto G60, and OnePlus Nord 2.

In addition to adding new models, the TWRP team also removed support for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0 tablet. There won’t be any new TWRP builds for the tablet until new maintainers step in. However, users can access older versions from the download portal.

Make sure the bootloader is unlocked before attempting to flash the official TWRP build on an Android smartphone/tablet. In some cases, users may need to flash a specific version of stock firmware for compatibility reasons.
