[UPDATE 2] – More live image and key specs
According to reports, the OnePlus 9 series will include three models, and 91Mobiles employees have some new information about the standard version. 91Mobiles also managed to obtain some live shots of the device.
According to the report, the phone will come with wireless charging, it is also expected to support reverse wireless charging. The report also claimed that the OnePlus 9 will pack a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W wired charging and 30W fast wireless charging.

About the pictures, it only shows the front of the device. Based on this, the OnePlus 9 will use a flat-screen with a punch-hole on the left. The size of the display is 6.55 inches and surrounded by thin bezels. The resolution of the display is 2400 x 1080p, and it will support a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR content.
The regular OnePlus 9 will be equipped with an upgraded camera module with a 48MP main sensor. It is also expected to provide 8GB of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable storage.
OnePlus has already confirmed that it will use the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. According to a previous report, only the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will use the Snapdragon 888 chipset. According to reports, the third model, the OnePlus 9 Lite/9 E, will stick to Snapdragon 865.
It is expected that this model will be sold as a budget model, more likely Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Google Pixel 4a 5G, it is expected to sell for nearly $599.
These new OnePlus 9 phones could come in March 2021 with OnePlus’s first smartwatch.

We now have several hands-on images of the OnePlus 9 5G. These hands-on images of the next-gen OnePlus flagship have obtained by PhoneArena. An anonymous source sent the images to the publisher with a clear look at the OnePlus 9 5G from every angle.
In the images below, you can see the OnePlus 9 in Silver color with a new camera module, there’s two big camera lens, a small lens with LED flash.
In the front, it has a punch-hole camera setup, thin bezels, with a 6.55-inch flat display. You will see a 120Hz refresh rate, 2400 x 1080p (Full-HD+), and the aspect ratio is 20:9.
There’s Snapdragon 888 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage with expandable support. It will run Android 11-based OxygenOS.

We have already received several news and leaks about the upcoming OnePlus 9 series which includes three smartphones – OnePlus 9, 9 Pro, and 9E.
Just recently, we’ve seen the leaked sketch of the OnePlus 9 Pro which shows two large rear camera sensors and a punch-hole selfie camera at the top left side. And now, a well-known tipster has revealed the first live image of the OnePlus 9 smartphone.
The leaked live images clear that the OnePlus 9 smartphone will sport a regular selfie camera which is set at the top center of the screen. Below you can have a look at the leaked image.
The picture also reveals some specs of the OnePlus 9 which includes the recently released Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. The device will feature 12GB of RAM in addition to 512GB of internal storage and a 6.48-inch 120HZ Fluid AMOLED display.
A rear quad-camera setup which will have two 48MP cameras and another two cameras of 8MP and 5MP is also spotted. The devices will run Android 11 based OxygenOS 11. Besides features, the devices are said to be launch in March 2021.
