Apple has announced that it will hold a new product launch event at 1:00 am on October 19. The theme of the event is “Unleashed”. It is expected to release new M1X MacBook Pro products, AirPods 3, etc.
Following the report by MacRumors, while holding the event, Apple used #AppleEvent “hashflag” on Twitter. After today’s announcement, this hashflag has been updated to include new works reflecting the “Unleashed” event.
The updated hashflag uses a transition from light blue to dark blue, which is consistent with the pattern of the event invitation. Apple uses hashflags to increase the visibility of the event and promote it on social media networks.
Apple has been using customized Twitter hashflags. Research conducted by Agency Creative shows that the cost of these customized hashflags may be as high as $1 million.
Apple’s “Unleashed” event will be held at 1 am on October 19, and it is expected to mainly release new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models.
