BMW Motorrad officially launched the BMW C 400 GT in India at a Starting price of Rs. 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
The launch of the new BMW C 400 GT is the beginning of a new era in the urban mobility segment in India. The futuristic design of the scooter gives it a very unique presence on the road. The large body panels, Front LED headlight, and rear LED tail section complements the design of the BMW C 400 GT.
It is equipped with a 350cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 34bhp of power at 7,500 rpm ad 35 Nm of torque at 5,750rpm. It is paired with a Centrifugal dry clutch, and Stepless CVT gearbox.
The BMW C 400 GT is has a steel tube construction with an aluminum die-cast unit. It has a telescopic fork in front and a double Aluminum swingarm, Double spring struts, adjustable preload suspension in the rear.
It comes with a 15-inch wheel in the front and a 14-inch wheel in the rear for more boot space. The breaking is done by a 10.4-inch double-disc brake, rigid, 4-piston calipers in the front, and a 10.4-inch Single disc brake,1-piston floating caliper in the rear, equipped with BMW Motorrad ABS.
