Gigabyte Aorus 4K monitors support 120Hz when connected to next-gen gaming consoles

Worldwide sales of next-generation gaming consoles are skyrocketing, but not all high-definition monitors support refresh rates of 120Hz or higher. With this statement, Gigabyte begins its announcement of the release of the Aorus 4K monitors.

Their descriptions claim full compatibility with HDMI 2.1, which allows for higher frame rates and higher resolutions on next-generation consoles such as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

The maximum refresh rate is 144 Hz, the response time is 0.5 ms. This frequency is achieved when connected to a PC with a high-performance graphics card such as GeForce RTX 30 series cards.
