As per the details, some general users are constantly complaining that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is facing a Wi-Fi connectivity issue where the device stays connected to the Wi-Fi network, but the internet connection access remains unavailable.

The smartphone often begins working through a Wi-Fi connection. Although, the duration doesn’t last too long. More specifically, it the connectivity problem is limited to the Ultra model, while the vanilla and Plus Galaxy S23 are working fine.

It’s worth mentioning that the issue is reported for consumers having Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) routers. This is a new generation of wireless technology and has not been purchased by users widely. The spread of the issue suggests that the S23 Ultra has no issues with older-generation Wi-Fi routers.

Notably, a Reddit user that the next update would address the issue. It looks like, the company is already aware of the bug and working to deliver a fixed firmware update to affected models.
