OnePlus is busy rolling out the major OxygenOS 13 update for the flagship and mid-range devices. But seems like, the new update doesn’t satisfy the users much. In the latest edition, we found some OnePlus 10T users complaining about a strange photo gallery issue after the latest installation.
The information is making its way from the community forum, where a OnePlus 10T owner describes the photo gallery issue. The user said that the defect has emerged just after updating the phone to the major OxygenOS 13 upgrade.
Adding more details, the user uttered that the Album section of the device became empty after installing the Android 13 iteration. Though the pictures are visible in the photos and explore tabs. Yet, he cannot find them on the main page.
Agreeing with the statement, several users said that they have been facing the same issue and didn’t receive any solution for it so far. Consequently, the company should keep its eyes on such issues and immediately take action to pull them out.
Here is what the OnePlus 10T phone holder said:
“I updated my phone to Android 13 yesterday. I think everything works great so far except the Photos gallery. The album is empty even though the pictures are visible in the photos and explore tabs.
Is anyone facing the same issue? Any fixes already known?”
In response, a user suggested clearing the cache and data from the app, as it often happens when we switch to a new firmware. Yes! This could be a solution to resolve the annoying problem with the device. However, the company should look into this matter, and release a new patch for it.
So OnePlus 10T users! Are you also facing any such issues with your device? Let us know in the comment section.
