After the battery and green line display the OxygenOS 13.1 update has led to another nasty issue, and this time, it’s related to the lock screen. Eventually, a OnePlus 9R user is stuck with an odd defect where he cannot discover personalization features for the lock display.

Recently, some OnePlus users gathered in a thread entitled “Not getting an option for Lock Screen info text”. Here, a OnePlus 9R phone holder reported that he is running the latest OxygenOS 13.1 version on his device, which has resulted in a strange lock screen issue.

The user said that due to some technical problems, he had to opt for the reset option on his handset. However, after completing the process he was not able to use the lock screen info text. Adding more, the device owner mentioned that he didn’t even discover any option to enter text manually that can appear on the lock screen.

For your information, one can find the Lock Screen Info text in the Settings app > Wallpapers & Style section > Always-On-Display > Personalized option. While a user tagged these steps in the thread, another person said that the respective option doesn’t exist anymore.
