On April 1st Razer launched Razer’s environmental protection straws in China, priced at 199 yuan (30.27 USD). Razer’s environmentally friendly straws are made of food-grade stainless steel, with a long service life and 100% recyclability; with a retractable design.
It can be adapted to various cups, it is equipped with a protective silicone straw mouth to avoid burns, it is furnished with silica gel the protective shell can store the straw and the cleaning brush separately for more sanitation.
Razer has announced a far-reaching long-term commitment to formulate a 10-year environmental protection route: by 2025, 100% renewable energy will be used, by 2030, all products will be recycled or recyclable Materials; and by 2030, achieve 100% carbon neutrality .
Razer stated that in order to establish a culture of caring for the earth, it is committed to eliminating the use of single-use plastics in all offices, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, protecting biological habitats, and striving to achieve 100% carbon neutrality by 2030.
In some areas where recyclability cannot be achieved, Razer will support local forestry or other environmental protection projects. Currently the European office in Hamburg, Germany is already powered by renewable energy, and the new Razer SEA headquarters will soon be opened. By 2025, all offices in the world will be 100% powered by renewable energy.
