Samsung has begun rolling out the May 2023 Android security update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite devices. This new firmware comes with the aim to enhance the security and stability of the system. Also, the update is initially rolling out in Brazil and will be available for more market users in the coming days or weeks.
As per the information, the owners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 Lite will be able to identify the May 2023 security update via the One UI build version P619XXS3BWE3 and an installation package of around 261.52MB. Therefore, the latest update will make the gadget more safe and secure with the latest advancements.
Moving on, the update will improve the core mechanism of the system and protect the device from harmful threats, viruses, and other safety-related assaults. It also offers a seamless functionality by protecting the system from multiple vulnerabilities and exposures including 4 critical, 48 high, and 3 moderate levels of CVEs from Google and 21 SVEs from Samsung software.
If you want to enjoy a boosted performance of your tablet and have not received the notification of the firmware yet. Then you can check for the update manually by following some simple steps. Go to Settings now scroll down and tap the Software update menu, fetch the latest version, and hit the Download and Install button.
