Qualcomm has unveiled a new processor named Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. It has much higher power efficiency in comparison to its predecessor. Further, the chipset comprises a Cortex-X2 CPU of 3.2GHz, three Cortex-A710 CPU cores of 2.75GHz, and four Cortex-A510 CPU cores of 2GHz. Besides, it gives room to an Andreno 730 GPU that powers 900MHz.
Additionally, it also supports HDR gaming as well as 200MP snaps along with 4K 120fps or 8K 30fps HDR video shooting. On the other hand, the CPU and GPU applied to this processor gets a speed rate of 10% more than the previous chipsets. Thus, the new chipset will upgrade the device performance to the next level.
