Some users have reported that their PCs display a ” Standard Hardware Security is not supported ” message on the Device Security page of Windows Security Settings, even though the hardware does meet the requirements.

Moreover, this bug appeared earlier. After user feedback, Microsoft has fixed it in Build 22000.100, and it appeared again in Build 22621. Microsoft Windows 11’s standard hardware security requirements for devices to support memory integrity and kernel isolation include:

  • TPM 2.0

  • Secure Boot DEP is enabled

  • UEFI MAT

When the user’s PC does not meet one or more of these requirements, the system displays the Standard Hardware Security Unsupported feature.
