Alongside the Galaxy A52s, Samsung provided this feature to the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G, and Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G. Although the Galaxy S21 series have got the same treatment with the latest Android 12-based One UI 4 Beta 2 update.

The arrival of the Galaxy S21 series RAM Plus feature indicates that Samsung may extend its availability to more Galaxy devices through the One UI 4.0 update based on Android 12. It is worth mentioning that the company confirmed that the stable Android 12 update will be released later this year.
