Xiaomi is rolling out the features and optimizations of the Android 13-based MIUI 14 major software update for the Global users of Mi 10 Pro. However, the update is already live in Europe and the company will expand its reach to more market users in the coming days or weeks, just have patience and wait for your turn.
This new version of MIUI is more swift and reliable as compared to MIUI 13 and it too uses less memory for a better interpretation. Meanwhile, the global consumers of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro will be able to determine the MIUI 14 update via the build version V188.8.131.52.TJ AMIXM and the offerings are collected in a 5.4GB package.
Based on Android 13 the MIUI 14 update offers a bundle of cosmetic and performance-related changes for your Mi device as it is going to be the last major update of the Mi 10 Pro devices. Alongside this, it too includes the April 2023 Android security patch for better system security and stability, it may also resolve some common bugs in the system.
The list of MIUI 14 features include a more flexible and intuitive design, back-end optimizations, on-device privacy, connected devices, a new set of wallpapers, tabular icons, home screen folders, advanced search in settings, redefined personalization details, ability to block annoying app notification and much more.
Accordingly, the update is rolling out through OTA (over the air) method in the global market, thus it will take some time to get available for every unit. In case you don’t want to wait for the OTA, then proceed with the manual installation process via Settings > About Phone > System Update > MIUI Version > Download & Install.
