Huawei will soon release first batch of HarmonyOS 2 beta for Honor devices

Where the Honor users are waiting for their turn to test the beta, the new info about the HarmonyOS has popped up. A well-known tipster has revealed that Huawei will confirm the list of HarmonyOS closed beta testers by today.

The Chinese OEM has released the beta testing for the first batch of Honor devices on June 23, 2021, while the users are still waiting for the HarmonyOS beta update to arrive and haven’t received it yet.

As per the tipster’s info, the company is expected to release the first HarmonyOS 2.0 closed beta update tomorrow for the Honor devices via OTA. Initially, Huawei has released the first batch of HarmonyOS 2 beta updates for 12 Honor devices including the Honor 30 and V30 series.

  • Honor V30 Pro

These were the devices for the first batch and there is no information about the second batch of devices and we expect that soon with more Honor devices getting HarmonyOS 2.0.

The Honor devices including the aforementioned phones and tablets launched before April 2021 will get the rest of the software update from Huawei. This piece of information arrived just recently clarifies the doubts of users who are concerned about the software upgrades.
