EMUI 10.1 update is rolling out for Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro in Romania (Europe). This update will soon expand to more regions.

Huawei has pushed a new software update based on EMUI 10.1 for Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro. It comes with the August 2020 security patch for system security enhancement. Some of the users are receiving both July and August security patches together.
August 2020 security update install security patches fixes different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 2 critical and 21 high levels of CVEs.

SOFTWARE INFORMATION:
Honor Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro are receiving the August security update with EMUI EMUI 10.1.0.298. Users will have to download a 125MB software package to install this update.
Important: Software version, size, and rollout availability could be different in different countries.
