Xiaomi is busy releasing its latest month’s patch – September 2022 for eligible devices worldwide, meanwhile, there are still some users left, who have not yet obtained the August month security patch, one of which is the Mi Note 10 series.

Recently, the Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro users have started receiving the August 2022 security patch update globally. The users need to download a package size of around 2.3GB and the firmware can be recognized via MIUI version V13.0.2.0.RFDMIXM.
This update brings improvements to your system and increases stability by fixing several bugs and issues. Moreover, the update rectifies several system exploits including 35 High and 1 Critical cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE) from Google.
August 2022 security update protects the durability of your smartphone, it will also give you an enhanced user experience by boosting your device performance. Other than this, there is nothing that the official changelog of this patch mentions.

Then you can download this update manually by going to your phone’s Settings, from here scroll down, and click on the About phone menu. Now tap the MIUI version, then look for the latest update if it is available then hit the download button and install it.
