OnePlus Pad is collecting a new update in India, which installs the latest January 2024 OxygenOS update and brings fixes for several bugs and issues. Notably, the update will also improve the core functioning of the big-screen device, to offer users an optimized and more seamless experience.
Going toward the details, the January 2024 update for the OnePlus Pad has arrived with the OxygenOS version OPD2203_14.0.0.300 (EX01) and fixes an issue that might cause some apps to crash and where the screen might turn white when Theme Store is opened.
It further resolves improper working of the Eraser tool while editing your photos, to offer hassle-free interpretation. In addition, the update also removed the background stream feature in the Smart Sidebar extended battery life in some scenarios, and boosted the security and stability grades of the OnePlus Pad.
Consequently, the update is rolling out in batches and may take some time to reach every eligible unit. In the meantime, you can drag your fingers to the Settings app > System & Updates and then Software Updates to carry out the manual installation.
