OnePlus will only give one major (Android 11/OxygenOS 11) update to Nord N10 5G and N100

OnePlus just launched two budget smartphones, OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100. Both smartphones will be available soon in the UK and the US.

The Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 come with great software and hardware combination. They also running Android 10-based OxygenOS 10.5 out of the box. Everything fine, but?

According to Android Central, OnePlus has now confirmed that the Nord N10 5G and Nord N100 will receive just one major Android update. These phones will only receive one platform update up to Android 11 (OxygenOS 11), a single move from pre-installed Android 10. Well, the company will give two years of security updates to both phones, one year less than the other OnePlus devices.

The Nord N10 5G and N100 will receive one major Android update and a total of two years of security updates.
