Realme has stopped pushing a new update (realme UI C.06) for the GT Neo 3T devices. It’s been a long time since the company served the respective smartphone with fresh builds. And it looks like, users have to wait for a little more in this aspect.
According to the information, a GT Neo 3T user shared a screenshot of an old update, asking the company when his phone will receive the latest version. The user further said that he is dealing with numerous bugs on his device, and is expecting effective fixes in the upcoming iterations.
To be mentioned, the previous update rolled out with the realme UI build RMX3371_11_C.05. Though it brings some useful tweaks to the handy gadget, users need relief from the issues in the current version.
In response, the Realme India Support channel said that they have stopped the new update with version C.06 for the GT Neo 3T devices. The reason behind this halt is the existence of some known defects that can harm the device and user experience.
“Dear Customer, we regret to inform you that the C.06 update for the device realme GT Neo 3T has been stopped from pushing to users as of now, due to some known bugs.”
Consequently, this is sad news for consumers who were eagerly looking for a new version, and stability improvements. Perhaps, they have to deal with the buggy firmware for some more time.
