Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series devices have started getting the stable One UI 3.0 firmware update back in December 2020. Apart from the international unlocked variants, the US carriers have also updated their bounded Galaxy Note 10 models to the Android 11 version.

Moreover, the South Korean tech giant is continuously rolling out the latest Android patches for various phones as per their update schedule. So far, the Galaxy S20, Note 20, S21, and more devices have received the new security update, while the Galaxy Note 10 and S10 models are still waiting for this month’s security update.

Now, Verizon has begun sending a new firmware update for the Galaxy Note 10 lineup smartphones in the US. This update comes with build versions: N970USQS5EUA1, N975USQS5EUA1, and N976VVRS5EUA1 for the Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, and Note 10+ 5G respectively. This new software update installs the February 2021 security patch.

As per Samsung’s security bulletin, the February 2021 security patch brings fixes for 4 critical and 32 high levels of threats and CVEs. After Verizon, it is expected that the other network carriers in the US such as T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T will also deliver the latest security update to their branded Galaxy phones soon.

It is worth mentioning that the unlocked Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 models have started getting the latest security update. Furthermore, it is still unclear whether the company will provide this firmware update to the international variants.
