Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI update for the Redmi Note 12R devices, which installs the latest August 2023 Android security patch. Notably, the update is rolling out in China via the build version V14.0.5.0.TMWCNXM.
The August 2023 update will work to improve overall stability of your Redmi Note 12R smartphone and make its performance even better. It further enhances the safety and reliability grades and resolves some common bugs and issues, that may have been discovered in the system.
To download the update, open the Settings app and click on the About Phone option. Here, tap on System and Update menu and then press the MIUI version, the system will now fetch the latest version for your device. Once it’s done hit the Download button and Install the update for a more optimized performance.
