The GIF animation shows that this function will be used in the page information drop-down menu, although it may be moved to other locations in the future. Most importantly, Chrome will remember the zoom level and use it automatically the next time you visit the same page.

However, this feature is already available in Chrome Canary, you need to enable the “Accessibility page zoom” option. Google’s trick is to solve the 645717 problems that switch the Accessibility font scale factor to use page zoom instead of text auto-adjustment. Automatic text adjustment is a function to increase the text size of desktop pages on the Android system.

The Font Scale Factore is a helper function that is used to increase the font size anywhere. You can enable it by open Chrome Settings >> Accessibility >> Font Scale Factor.

At the moment, the accessible font scale factor is included in the automatic text generator, which implements non-moving text resizing with an additional accessibility factor. Google stated that the accessibility features should be removed from the automatic text generator, instead rely on page zoom.
