WhatsApp adding ‘New Terms Of Service Alert’ to resolve revised policy confusions

WhatsApp to drop support for iOS 10 and iOS 11 devices after October 24

Earlier, WhatsApp released the mute video option to the Android beta testers. After ensuring the stability and compatibility of this feature, the company will deliver it to normal WhatsApp users in future updates.

According to WABetainfo, WhatsApp is now working to improve communication with users with a new informative alert. Whatsapp stated that your private conversations cannot be read or heard on WhatsApp because they are encrypted from end to end and it will never change.

Moreover, the solution providers allow businesses to provide better service, and chatting with businesses is optional. The processed data to keep your account safe and any information will not be used to profile the user also and will not be used to create targeted ads on Facebook.

WhatsApp has announced that these terms will take effect from May 15, 2021. WhatsApp would like to point out that all chats with businesses that use solution/cloud providers are clearly optional. Those individual chats are detected in the app so the user always knows they are chatting with that type of business and can stop communicating with them.
